I wrote this blog in a hurry last night and made some mistakes as to the date and location of bin Laden's death. Corrections are below in the second update.
Osama bin Laden's death was officially announced on the night of May 1st, May Day. The Guardian reports:
"Osama bin Laden, the criminal mastermind behind al-Qaida and the world's most sought-after terrorist since the attacks of 11 September 2001, has been killed by a US operation, President Barack Obama has announced.Bin Laden's death would have seemingly occurred on Walpurgis Night, a time when the power of witches was supposedly at its peak. In myth May Day was a time of casting out this evil.
"In an address to the nation, President Barack Obama said Bin Laden was killed in a "targeted operation" in Abbottabad, a highland town north of Islamabad, last night."
"In Central Europe it was apparently on Walpurgis Night, the Eve of May Day, above all other times that the baleful powers of the witches were exerted to the fullest extent; nothing therefore could be more natural than that men should be on their guard against them at that season, and that, not content with merely standing on their defence, they should boldly have sought to carry war into the enemy's quarters by attacking and forcibly expelling the uncanny crew... the expulsion of the power of evil at, this season goes by the name of 'Burning out the Witches.' It takes place on May Day, but people have been busy with their preparations for days before... On the last three days of April all the houses are cleansed and fumigated with juniper berries and rue. On May Day, when the evening bell has rung and the twilight is falling, the ceremony of 'Burning out the Witches' begins. Men and boys make a racket with whips, bells, pots, and pans; the women carry censers; the dogs are unchained and run barking and yelping about. As soon as the church bells begin to ring, bundles of twigs, fastened on poles, are set on fire and the incense is ignited. Then all the house-bells and dinner-bells are rung, pots and pans are clashed, dogs bark, every one must make a noise. And amid the hubbub all scream at the pitch of their voices,
'Witch flee, flee from here,Or it will go ill with thee.'Then they run seven times round the houses, the yards, and the village. So the witches are smoked out of their-lurking-places and driven away."(The Golden Bough, James Frazer, pg. 574-575)
I daresay much noise shall be made this night as America celebrates the driving out of this particular witch. This is quite a feat for the CIA, whose operations in Pakistan have faced increasing criticism in recent months for the civilian deaths linked to their drone assaults. Obama made heavy mention of the 3000 Americans that were murdered on 9/11 when crowing over bin Laden's death but we are not likely to hear much about the 2000+ causalities the drone attacks have claimed other than the typical 'unintended consequences' rhetoric.
May Day, 1776 specifically, was also the official founding date of the Bavarian Illuminati.
"The Order of Illuminists was founded on May 1, 1776, by a professor of cannon law at the University of Ingolstadt in Bavaria, Adam Weishaupt, and four associates. The order was secret and hierarchical, modeled on the Jesuits (whose long domination of Bavarian education ended with their abolition by the Papacy in 1773) and dedicated to Wesihaupt's Rousseauian vision of leading all humanity to a new moral perfection freed from all established religious and political authority."
(Fire in the Minds of Men, James Billington, pg. 94)
The announcement of bin Laden buying the farm occured 235 years after the founding of Weishaupt's secret order. The Jesuit connection is also interesting. Both the current head of the CIA, Leon Panetta, and the apparent successor, General David Patraeus, both received schooling at Jesuit universities; Panetta at Santa Clara University, and Patraeus at Georgetown.
Naturally bin Laden died near the 33rd degree north latitude, the death line. Bin Laden's joins both JFK and RFK in the blood letting that has occurred near that degree of latitude, to say nothing of its importance to nuclear energy. More information on the 33rd can be found here.
Clearly, it has been a good Walpurgis Night/May Day for the Cryptocracy. Sadly, the American public will feel the same tomorrow.
The origins of May Day date back to the Celtic festival of Beltane.
"...Beltane fires, were formerly kindled with great ceremony on the first of May, and the traces of human sacrifice at them were particularly clear and unequivocal. The custom of lighting the bonfires lasted in various places far into the eighteenth century... 'But the most considerable of the Druidical festivals is that of Beltane, or May-day, which was lately observed in some parts of the Highlands with extraordinary ceremonies...Beltane, along with Samhain (modern Halloween) were the two most important festivals to the druids in their calenders.
"'Like the other public worship of the Druids, the Beltane feast seems to have been performed on hills or eminences. They thought it degrading to him whose temple is the universe, to suppose that he would dwell in any house made with hands. Their sacrifices were therefore offered in the open air, frequently upon the tops of hills, where they were presented with the grandest view of nature, and were nearest the seat of warmth and order.'"
(The Golden Bough, James Frazer, pgs. 716-717)
Another odd synch I've stumbled upon is that Hitler committed suicide on April 30th, 1945. The media has of course had a field day with the linking of Osama and Hitler. The deaths of Hitler and Osama occurred exactly 66 years between one and other. 66 divided by two of course equals 33, the degree at which Osama was murdered along, and the highest rank in the Scottish Rite of Freemasonry.
An even more bizarre synch with Nazism, as well as the Vatican, occurred during a meeting of Nazi and Vatican officials on May Day, 1933 in Rome and led by Bishop Alois Hudal.
"...on May 1, 1933 -in honor of the pagan holiday approved by the Nazis and known as Walpurgis or Beltane to the Celts, celebrated with the famous Witches' Sabbath at midnight -Father (now Bishop) Hudal presided over a meeting in Rome attended by over seven hundred members of the German expatriate colony there, including many Church officials, Nazis, and Nazi leaders such as local SA and Hitler Youth officials. On that occasion, he made a fiery speech defending the Nazi Party and its program in a blend of Catholic and Teutonic slogans, ending with the battle cry of Arminius (the hero of the Pan-Germans, volkisch cultists, and Aryan mystics) in the Teutoburg Forest: 'German unity is my strength, my strength is German might.'"Again with 33 and the Vatican. This is quite a May Day indeed.
(Unholy Alliance, Peter Levenda, pg. 269)
The 33 and Nazi synchs do not seem as strong in hindsight, yet Beltane was incorporated into the Nazi occult cycle."The Sirius Mystery, an important new book by Robert Temple, explores the role of the star Sirius in the mystical and religious affairs of the earliest civilizations of the Mideast and Mediterranean. In his fifth chapter, on the geodetic locations of the various oracle shrines of the ancient world, Temple points out that these places were arranged along nine bands of latitude, from 31'30' N through 39'30 N."(Weird America, William Grimstad, pg. 48)
What does seem to be in dispute is the role of the CIA in this operation. From MSNBC:
"Senior U.S. officials told NBC News Monday that CIA Director Leon Panetta had overall command of the operation.
"The officials, both in the intelligence community and the Pentagon, said Panetta ran the operation from the CIA Directors conference room on the seventh floor for the CIA.
"With Obama having authorized the operation, Panetta gave the order at midday Sunday for the joint special operations-military team that carried out the assault to raid the compound, the officials said. A senior U.S. official declined comment on whether CIA officers were on hand at the site, but Panetta's role as commander would suggest they were. The CIA and special operations forces have worked together for years in counterterrorism operations."
Perhaps the Company felt obligated to clean up its own mess (or retire an asset that had outlived his usefulness).
"CIA collaboration with and support for Islamists like bin Laden date back at least to 1971, when the CIA joined Saudi intelligence in backing the Muslim Brotherhood and its allies in a worldwide campaign against communism. During the Afghan resistance to the Soviet Union in the 1980s, bin Laden became the financier and logistics expert in Afgghanistan for the Saudi-financed Makhtab al-Khidamat, the Office of Services, an organization that through the Muslim Brotherhood recruited foreign volunteers from all over the world, including the United States. There are repeated allegations that the CIA, directly or through intermediaries, assisted this recruitment campaign. Simon Reeve also heard from a retired CIA officer that U.S. emissaries to Pakistan 'met directly with bin Laden, and that it was bin Laden, acting on advice from his friends in Saudi intelligence, who first suggested the mujaheddin should be given Stingers.' French and Italian newspapers have alleged a contact between bin Laden and a CIA officer as late as July 2001."With Panetta set to step in as Secretary of Defense and fellow Catholic David Petraeus moving into his old spot in the Company, we seem to be seeing a full scale militarization of our intelligence community. The direct has been telegraphed for a while now. From an article last year:
(Drugs, Oil, and War, Peter Dale Scott, pg. 32)
"Demands have been made to transform the Central Investigative Agency (CIA) into a paramilitary organization as much as a spying agency, which some critics worry could lower the threshold for future quasi-military operations.
"In Pakistan's mountains, the agency had broadened its drone campaign beyond selective strikes against Al-Qaeda leaders and now regularly obliterates suspected enemy compounds and logistics convoys, just as the military would grind down an enemy force.
"For its part, the Pentagon is becoming more like the C.I.A. Across the Middle East and elsewhere, Special Operations troops under secret "Execute Orders" have conducted spying missions that were once the preserve of civilian intelligence agencies, the paper states.
"With code names like Eager Pawn and Indigo Spade, such programs typically operate with even less transparency and Congressional oversight than traditional covert actions by the C.I.A.
"'Yemen is a testing ground for the 'scalpel' approach,' Brennan endorsed."
And things seem to be going so well in Yemen once the 'scalpel' was administered. The future seems to hold more covert wars fought via unmanned drones, special forces and mercenaries, assassinations and acts of terror, and psychological warfare. Some of these operations are already in effect domestically. Can it be long until unmanned drones begin supplementing our police forces on the streets of America? The House of Representatives is already considering the idea:
"Unmanned aerial vehicles have soared the skies of Afghanistan and Iraq for years, spotting enemy encampments, protecting military bases, and even launching missile attacks against suspected terrorists. The Company has really out done themselves.
Amazing."The trail that led to the doorstep of Osama bin Laden in Pakistan began years earlier with aggressive interrogations of al-Qaida detainees at the U.S. detention facility at Guantanamo Bay and CIA “black site" prisons overseas, according to U.S. officials.
"It was those sometimes controversial interrogations that first produced descriptions of members of bin Laden’s courier network, including one critical Middle Eastern courier who along with his brother was protecting bin Laden at his heavily fortified compound in Abbottabad on Sunday. Both the courier and his brother were among those killed, along with bin Laden, in the dramatic raid by U.S. special forces.
"The behind-the-scenes story of how bin Laden was finally located is yet to be fully told, but emerging details seem likely to reignite the debate over whether “enhanced interrogation” techniques and other aggressive methods that have been widely criticized by human rights groups provided useful – or timely -- intelligence about al-Qaida. While some current and former U.S. officials credited those interrogations Monday with producing the big break in the case, others countered that they failed to produce what turned out to be the most crucial piece of intelligence of all: the identity and whereabouts of the most important figure in bin Laden courier's network."
