Musings of Recluse and Notes on Further Programming
I am pleased to announce my first formal podcast. It was conducted by Jasun Horsley of the fabulous Auticulture. The podcast has been split into two parts, the first of which was published on Saturday. Over the course of the interview we discuss a host of topics, including ARTICHOKE, BLUEBIRD, Project Pelican, the New Age movement, the counterculture, inter-dimensional control, nonhuman intelligences, Christian fundamentalism, atheism and a host of other compelling topics. The podcast can be found here.
Also, I would like to announce that this blog may be on a very temporary hiatus. Your humble author is in the process of moving and as such, much of my library is in storage at present, making it all but impossible to do the kind of in depth research this blog is known for. But fear not, I hope to have regular posts being published again by early October, if not sooner. In the mean time the podcasts with Jasun will have to suffice, unless there are some very compelling current events unfolding in the coming weeks (certainly a possibility with the looming nightmare that is the US presidential election and the general growing instability across the globe). Until then dear reader, stay tuned.

I am more and more coming to the conclusion that this year's presidential election in the US is in large part formed by the internal conflict in the CIA between Northeastern "Rockefeller Republican" centre-rightists and Southwestern ultra-conservative Catholics who usually are Knights of Malta as you've written about extensively.
ReplyDeleteThe right-wing militia subculture which Donald Trump's most aggressive rhetoric is clearly copied from, right down to invoking the exact same doomsday scenarios, was after all created by a think tank network staffed by former CIA hardliners to function as an underground partisan resistance in case of a Soviet invasion. (as you pointed out "A Vast Right-Wing Conspiracy" series) Notice that Trump's foreign policy advisor Joseph Schmitz is a high-ranking Knight of Malta.
This also explains why so many CIA people are now so eagerly throwing their weight behind Hillary Clinton in order to stop Trump. Amusingly enough, with the new Cold War being between a cosmopolitan progressive NATO and a nationalist conservative Russia, this means that the two CIA factions' attitude to Russia have flipped 180 degrees...

ReplyDeleteYeah, Trump is clearly a creature of the old ASC-Le Cercle network. The endless cheer-leading from Alex Jones is another dead give away. And the recent addition of Stephen Bannon, a member of the infamous Council for National Policy, to Trump's campaign is another (Jones is of course a long time apologist for the CNP).
There seems to be some dispute within the Eastern Establishment, however. Zbigniew Brzezinski's recent comments concerning global realignment were quite revealing and indicate that the Rockefeller faction sees that the United States can not continue on the unipolar fashion that has dominated our foreign policy since the end of WWII.
On the other hand, the neocons (who Hillary is especially close to) seem more than willing to engage in a nuclear war with Russia in a desperate bid to maintain our unipolar foreign policy.
With these diverging factions, all than can really be said at this point is that this election is not going to end well...
Jack-

Despite widespread speculation, there is only one person that writes and researches this blog.:)

Didn't know that Stephen Bannon was a member of CNP but that doesn't surprise me at all. The real question is where Nippon Kaigi, the Japanese neo-fascist think tank that's more or less taken over their main conservative party over the course of the past 20 years, fits into the equation when it comes to the global big picture... especially in light of how successful they've been in re-militarizing the country. One would think they'd be on the side of the ASC/WACL bloc, but then again Trump's anti-Japanese rhetoric might put them off...
DeleteReminds me of Critique zine (Dharma Combat) by Bob Banner. Really dense, comprehensive, obsessive...No Pink Triangle (1st ed.) ?
ReplyDeleteThe pic of you with the fish head is awesome!
